A price is considered final only once an official invoice has been issued.
Full payment is required before any order is confirmed. We accept major payment methods including EFT, card payments, and other approved payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or incomplete payment.

In cases where an item is out of stock, you will be informed of the expected lead time or offered an alternative option.
Custom or special-order rugs may carry longer lead times.
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.
Delivery fees are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the rug.
Customers may also opt for free in-store collection from our Woodstock location.
Please ensure that delivery details are accurate. Gonsenhausers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
We want you to love your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:
Custom-made or special-order rugs cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to process.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
Rugs require regular care.
We provide general care and maintenance guidelines, but customers are responsible for proper upkeep.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect is not covered under returns or warranty claims.
Certain rugs may include manufacturer warranties.
Warranty terms differ by product type and are limited to manufacturing defects—not wear and tear or accidental damage.
